Ruger Old Army - .44/.45 Cal. 7.5" Stainless w/adjustable sights
SF Bay - Marin County
$550

For sale is a lovingly used Ruger Old Army Cap and Ball pistol. As the pics show, it shows normal wear and frequent cleanings.
Includes all items shown on table: 50 screw-top vials I'm using to hold premeasured charges, along with a wooden block I made to hold them. Also included is a loading stand I made, about 120 .457 round balls, ~150 caps, a snail-type capper, about a quarter pound of Pyrodex P, and a the only funnel I found that works well to pour charges into the cylinder. Also included is a zipper-type gun rug, not pictured.
The hammer has an odd glitch. When you're pulling back the hammer from half-cock, you have to pull it ALL the way to the rear then let it down, or about one in ten times, it'll hang up. You clear the hang-up by pulling the basepin/ram assembly, then wiggling the cylinder a little till it comes out. I don't notice it any more since I got in the habit of just pulling the hammer all the way back, but any potential buyer should be aware of that.
My understanding is that no FFL is required for this sale, but I require a mutually-signed bill of sale and to see a seller's driver's license to verify full name and DOB. If you're uncomfortable with either of these, please don't purchase.
Thanks for looking!
