I have recently gotten the Revolver bug and decided that I want some more Revos in my collection so this Rock Island Armory 9MM Tactical is up for grabs. Available to meet anywhere in SLO county for a FTF as this is Off-Roster.
My buddy SSE'd this gun from EBR Works in 2012 and then had it built up by Terry Gardner at Impact Guns in Utah. Terry did a Trigger Job and installed a Wilson Combat External Safety, Slide Release, Hammer and Ultralight Match Trigger. All quality stuff. It later had a Dawson Precision adjustable rear sight and Fiber Optic front installed by Curtis Roberts Gunworks. Needless to say, this is one sweet shooting gun! Much cheaper to feed than a .45 but still lots of fun at the range.
I've got all receipts from the work except for the Dawson sights which I strangely can't find. This is a $1k+ RIA! More Pics if you need them. I also have all the original parts, box, manual, fired case and wood grips. The gun currently has Hogue Rubber Grips and comes with 2 Magazines.
Make me a reasonable offer, but please don't waste my time as a plain SSE'd RIA 9MM Tactical goes for $600+ if you can find one especially with the end of SSE just around the corner. If you come from out of the area, I'll knock a few bucks off to compensate for gas.
Not really into Trades at this time as I would not normally even consider selling this gun, but Revolvers are a sickness, so if you happen to have a nice 686 or 66 or other S&W .357 with a 3" or 4" barrel I might consider it.
