This is an example of abusing the "I'll take it" per CG rules. "I'll take it" should mean you accepted the original asking price.

Actually yes. It's happened to me on some instances. The funds was not the issue. The meeting place, time or date. Peoples calendars do conflict with each other. Especially 80 the seller is not willing to wait.
