This would have been mine if I just didn't purchase a p229 and ruger gp100 last week. Good luck with sale OP.

Great price. If you buy this gun out of state for 799, you will be paying close to this price after tax, shipping and FFL fees. Someone needs to snag this fair deal.

Question, would this be a PPT, or a dealer transfer? Asking because I'm at the beginning of a 30-day wait Thanks.

There is no waiting period for PPT sales (other than the usual 10 day jail period), and no limit on the number that can be purchased in a 30 day period. I have purchased several guns at once before from a private party seller, and DROSd them all at once at the same shop. Only NEW sales through a DEALER have the 30 day waiting period requirement after you DROS the gun. Even though a PPT has to be done in a gunshop, it doesn't count as a gunshop sale.

A little confusing, I know... but it works out in the consumer's favor -- for once.
