I live in Sonoma and am driving down to Anaheim for a conference tomorrow around 1pm if there i a chance we can get together to see it/talk.

Questions:
I have not bought used before, what is the process?
The XDs is not on the "Safe List" does that matter for used or do I have to go through a FFL that does SSE?
