I am the first owner. This gun is LNIB with factory night sights with about 60 rounds down the pipe. Also available, 100 rounds for Federal Hyda-Shok and 40 rounds of Winchester White box (whatever was left from the only range trip). DeSantias IWB/OWB holster and Pearce +1 on both mags with original base plates included. Also, the factory case and everything it came with new.
