WTS: Multiple pistols - Walther Q5, Browning BDA (early Sig P220)

    SOLD

Army issued 1911 acquired through the CMP
    - Remington Rand frame (1944 production)
    - Colt slide
    - 1985-dated barrel replacement by the arsenal
    - CMP listed this as Field Grade

Very nice condition. Not a 1911 history expert, but seems like the only "modern" part is the 1985-dated barrel. Shoots great. Only fired about three mags through it before cleaning it and putting it in the safe. In the end, it's cool to have, but I'm not a collector. Would like to re-purpose the money for a gun that is going to shot more often.

Includes one magazine, very nice CMP hard case, CMP documentation, two copies of the Army 1911 manual (I assume these are reproductions).

Located in Castro Valley (near Hayward). Transfer at Elite Armory or Solar Tactical's CV location. Buyer pays all transfer fees. Price is firm at this time.

    $1500

      SOLD

      Smith & Wesson 547 revolver
      - Chambered in 9mm Luger (does not need moon clips)
      - 4" barrel
      - K-frame
      - Shooter grade.
      - No box, papers or original grips

This is the very uncommon S&W 547, which is chambered in 9mm Luger. Produced only in 1985-1986, S&W created this gun for a French police contract which never materialized. S&W engineers were able to design an extraction system that allowed the use of 9mm without the need for moon clips. But without the French contract, the system was too expensive to produce during a time when everyone was interested instead in high-capacity 9mm semi-autos.

S&W made less than 11,000 pistols, with most being 3" models. This is the less-common 4' model.

Sadly, a past owner didn't pay a lot of attention to protecting the gun in storage. There are a noticeable number of spots of freckling or bluing loss. The gun is mechanically perfect, but isn't as pretty as she shoots. It's a toss-up on whether having it re-blued is a good idea given its rarity, but I'll leave that to the buyer to decide.

      $1250

        Browning BDA pistol
        - .45acp
        - manufactured by Sig Sauer
        - This was the initial introduction of the Sig P220 to the American market

This is the uncommon Browning BDA, which is actually an Sig P220 dressing in a Browning label. Produced in the 1977-1980 timeframe, it pre-dates Sig bringing the P220 directly to market in the US.

Gun is in very good condition. Shows some signs of wear, but not excessive. Shoots like you would expect a Sig would.

Includes one magazine for sure, but I will check to see if more are available. No box or paperwork is included.
