Tula? 1895 Nagant revolver, DA/SA. Legendarily bad double action trigger of around 20 pounds. Has postwar refurb markings. Comes with 500 commercial rounds of 7.62x38R, box of empty cases, non-matching holster and an aftermarket .32 cylinder, I think it's .32 H&R Magnum. You will need to have it fitted to the frame, it does not work as is, it's out of timing. You could also just use .32 in the original cylinder but the forcing cone probably will wear out faster due to freebore. Comes with the airsoft version next to it.
