SPF - Beretta LTT Elite 9mm - like new off roster (San Fran East Bay)

Hey Guys,

I have a factory, like new Beretta LTT Elite 9mm for sale. It is off roster. This is a factory LTT gun and unmodified. It has had two boxes of ammo through it and functions perfectly. Comes with one (1) 10 round magazine. If you are LE, I can throw in two more 15 rounders. I’m asking SPF for the gun one magazine, box and all paperwork that came with it. I prefer to meet in the East Bay around Concord area. The Calguns website has been having issues so you can text me at xxxxxxxxx, if interested.

Im confused. If this is off roster, why would anyone working in law enforcement pay $450 over the store price when they could buy it for $1300 new?
