Would you be kind enough to explain to me why you failed to meet me earlier today at the agreed upon time and place to sell me this item? Can you also explain why you refuse to answer my texts and phone calls? Is there some underlying reason why your phone/text number is no longer active?

Why are you refusing my request to refund my original deposit? Perhaps you were annoyed when I refused to provide an additional deposit after you mentioned you would sell the item to someone else if I didn't? Lucky for me I didn't send the additional money. Also lucky for me that I kept the entire transcript of our texts and e-mails.

Unfortunately for me I place for too much faith in people when conducting business online. In any case, I anxiously await your reply to any or all of these questions and comments. Thank you very much for your cooperation in this matter.
