The great thinning of the heard has come and I must let go of my beloved Sig 1911. It started out as a stainless 1911 but I had sent it back to sig to have the slide nitrided (Nitron in their speak) and have the rigger cleaned up (nothing fancy). It also has been cut for an optic (Trijicon 1911 RMR plate and suppressor front sight) by ZR Tactical (highly recommend Zach for any Red dot or milling work). It has been the my main pistol for a while, and over all, it has somewhere near the 1000 round mark. No major issues, just swapped the recoil spring (15LB Wilson Flat wire) to stay on top of the maintenance cycle.

Sig rosewood grip panels (I made a relief cut in the grip for competition, but will include the original black grips as well)
2 Nighthawk 8 rnd Mags (these and wilson seem to be the best for it)

Klonimus Removable Magwell (Mounts to the grip screw studs so its easy to remove, nothing permanent)
