This is New In Box, I received it from a friend who has since passed, who picked it up as a collectible from Bullseye in San Rafael and never took it out of the box. I have had several Valtro?s and this one has always been left new in the box as a safe queen. By ?NIB? it is as it was received new, all the real Valtro?s had been test fired by John after fitting and before release, often wrapped in cellophane with oil.
