On sale my collection. Fired around 150 rounds with no issues. I am not gunsmith but as collector I do not see issues. Lots of fun. Reason for sale - want to buy full size Mauser with holster.
Asking price 1600
Serial number 633717 - year of produce is 1920-1930.
Barrel Length3 - 3/4"
Caliber/Bore7.63 Mauser
Will ship (Y/N): Yes, it's C&R and thus roster exempt
Matching parts with either full or partial numbers include hammer, frame, subframe, baseplate, left side of barrel. Bolt locking block mismatched, numbered 1433, grips numbered 8155. Bolt locking block with visible work from fitting block to gun; these guns were originally entirely hand fit, and changing the parts required refitting.
Serial number offset chamber, with various inspector marks on underside flat. Top flat with "WAFFENFABRIK / MAUSER / OBERNDORF A/N". Rear tangent sight graduated from 50-1000 meters, firing pin carrier marked with "(Crown) / U" and matching 3717 partial number. Right side of frame with "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER / OBERNDORF A?NECKAR", left side with Mauser banner. Hammer with intertwined NS for Mauser's "New Safety".
CONDITION: Approximately 10% bluing remains mostly in protected areas with balance a chocolate patina mixed with flashes of dove grey. Some visible peppering throughout, mostly towards muzzle. Mechanically fine, bore has visible rifling, heavy frosting, and areas of patination. Many military and C&R eligible weapons have bores that will show erosion. This is not only due to age but to the fact that corrosive primers were commonly used in ammunition worldwide until the 1960s.
