Own a piece of History! Original 1970's Dirty Harry Special. Model 29-2 pinned and recessed 44mag with 6 inch barrel and 3 sets of grips (Original, Cocobolo finger groove and new rubber). Combat hammer, trigger, adjustable rear sight.
This pistol was purchased by my Father in the 70's. Overall low round count. We plinked a bit when I was a kid. My father holster carried it as a back up weapon during a couple yearly deer/pig hunts thus it has a few minor wear marks on the cylinder as seen in photos. He always carried it with the finger groove grips so the stock grips are pristine as is the rest of the pistol.
It then sat in a gun safe for 45 plus years. I had rescued it a few years ago and have put about 50 rounds a year through it for old times plinking sake. I realistically am not going to shoot it anymore so time to pass it on. I also have a few hundred rounds of ammo to throw in.
PPT in Sacramento. Prefer "The Guns Store" on Arden but negotiable.
