Probably dangerous. Cartridge/case size mis match. “Could” it be done? Probably. “Should” it be done. Doubt it

Edit: I mean it’s only a slight diameter mis match. Case length and rim are same. But LC pressures are like half those of 44 mag. I doubt 45LC is even on par with pressures of 44 spec
