Saying "I'll take xxx" on the listing without a deposit means nothing. The first person with paid deposit locks in selected firearms for the DROS.
- Los Angeles area, No shipping!
- DROS face to face at Guns LA in Burbank as I can get us in for PPT without a wait.
- If you know a place that does not have a wait, then I will be willing to drive to your area within reason as I require a deposit for commitment.
- Buyer pays all DROS fees plus locks if required.

Be advised that if you have a "CA Limits Apply" driver's license that you will need to bring your passport along with the other required paperwork.
For new buyers this means:
- Valid CA Driver's License with Real ID or older ID without "Federal Limits Apply" on it
- Valid California FSC card
- Current Car Registration that has matching address with your current driver's license
