Selling a complete lower receiver DROS as a SEMI AUTO pistol. I have the paperwork to verify. Assembled with a mil-spec parts kit and SBA3 pistol brace. Slap on your own upper and you're good to go. This lower has not been fired. and was only assembled and test fitted. The lower is fitted with a a fixed magazine locking device making it CA compliant.
