Firearm comes with everything as new (except high cap magazines obviously). If your FFL requires a magazine for the transfer you the buyer will be responsible for obtaining the applicable 10 round magazine for the firearms your purchasing (unless capacity is 10 rounds or less in which case the firearm will come with all magazines as it would come with new.)
