S&W model 14-4 Target Masterpiece. Caliber is 38 Special Barrel is 8-3/8"
This gun in in the original S&W presentation case. I will include the original plastic insert,but gun is shown in a home crafted velvetine insert (also included.Gun was made in 1978 and is a pre-lock. in addition to the case, Gun has these unusual options: wide case colored target Trigger and hammer. One of the last 14s with a pinned barrel.
Bluing is brilliant and flawless. Only blemish is a very small chip in the lower right grip where a previous owner dropped it (see photo 2). I've owned the gun about 10 years and only shot it once. Previous owner said he never fired it. Transfer at OC indoor shooting or ShootSoCal (both in Brea) 1st "I'll take it" backed up by a PM gets it. Price is $900
