Blue label Glock means it comes with 3 mags and you get them at a discount. No other differences.

Thanks for the update Keith. OK, we'll assume it's the same as the white and red labeled Glocks! My Glock Rep when I was an FFL explained it different back when I purchased it. That was about 10 years ago. This is new, old stock. 3 magazines included if qualified, or I can wait until after the decision "stay" is lifted and mail them later.
