Make: NEW Springfield XD 4" service model, in .40 s&w with the "gear up package" which contains 5 magazines, soft case, hard case, mag loader, mag carrier, cheesy plastic holster, and a lock. New gun (has not been fired). Located in Alameda County, and I will PPT with an FFL in the East Bay, South Bay or Tri-Valley (if we can actually find an FFL whose doing PPTs). No shipping.
