          for anyone thinking the replaced case foam is a negative, it's not. The foam that they originally used is known to break down, and at this point most examples of this will have replaced case foam. In addition, the case foam has destroyed more examples of the python hunter than anything else. as it broke down it causes freckling of the gun bluing. So this is a very nice example in that the gun has not been damaged by the case foam.

            Accurate information

            As a Python Hunter owner I would confirm the information the seller has provided about the case and replacing the foam inside. Without replacing it you would incur permanent damage to the bluing of this weapon.

                  absolutely true story. this is a wonderful example of a rare python.
