New, never fired. The Legion certificate is still blank so you can fill it out and become a Legion member. Bought this for duty, but there are no duty holsters made for this gun. The trigger is also to light and not within "policy." Selling because I am not a collector.
I am keeping the mags because they are 17 round mags. How ever I will include the Legion base plates from the mags so you can put them on the 10 round mags.
