Pistol with 5.5" barrel and removable slide racker, 4" barrel, two mags, McFadden Ultimate clip loader, mag modified to work with cliploader, spare grip for modification (unmodified at this time), lock, original cardboard box, plastic S&W box, spare slide recoil spacer, manual and spent casing from factory. I estimate 1000-1200 rounds on the 5.5" barrel and about 2000 on the 4" barrel.
