First of all, why would you bump this to the top to mark it sold? It is a dead thread. You just bumped it to the top of active threads with items for sale. You also violated the forum for-sale rules in doing so. Just edit the original post to mark it sold.

Second, and more importantly, I sure hope your sale is to a LEO, because otherwise you committed a potential felony violation of PC 32310 and so did your buyer. Even by posting the magazine for sale in California you violated the law.

PC 32310 provides:
