But he made clear it already has a patriot mag lock installed. Therefore not a detacheable magazine and not an assault weapon under current laws. Seems to me that it can have all the other evil features if not over 10rouund magazine. Correct me if I'm wrong here. I think the word featureless was used incorrectly. Only gray area is how it was imported into the state, i.e. leo exemption or new resident exemption.

I’ve had it for nearly three years now and yes I did use “make it featureless” incorrectly. It was late at night and I wasn’t really sure if I had to remove the “Evil” features.
