This is a beautiful Kimber 1911 in .45 ACP made in the 1990's when Kimber first started making 1911's and they are great pistols. This one is in great shape, functions flawlessly and is very accurate.

Since Kimber only made the Series 1 for a handful of years this is a bit of a unicorn. You do see them come up for sale from time to time but they are usually more worn than this one or have a scratch or something. This one is really nice

The trigger is as good as any custom pistol I have felt. The picture of the trigger gauge below is an average of ten trigger pulls, all very consistent.

In case you do not know these Series 1 Kimbers do not have the Schwartz firing pin safety of the Series II Kimbers made from 2002 on. Much like older Colt 1911's are called series 70. These are much prefered by competitive shooters or anyone wanting a sweet trigger pull. IMO you will not find a better 1911 until you get up to Dan Wesson or Les Baer money.

This one is marked "Yonkers, NY" not "Clackamas, OR".
