Will come with a seperate lead balls, caps, a holster, a powder flask, and powder. I'll even throw in a can of Crisco. Don't want any chainfires. I don't think requires an FFL, as none of the parts had me go through one to purchase. Has worked fine for me for the past year. No missing fingers yet
