[b]Other info: This is my custom off-roster Les Baer PII. This pistol is 98% condition and comes with everything from factory. No scuffs, dings, idiot scratches. 300 rounds fired. Please see details below:

Pistol- This is a naked slide PII meaning that it has no slide markings and really sets this beauty apart from other Baers.

Sights- The pistol was ordered with fixed combat sights and a fiber optic front sight. Standard PIIs come with an adjustable rear sight and plain black front.

Grips- The original grips were replaced by custom made Les Baer grips from highfiguregrips.com. The custom grips are a better fit as the extend all the way to the front strap checkering leaving"zero" gap, please see pics. The grips are ironwood and are 100% handmade in the USA.

Magazines- The pistol will come with 4 7rd Les Baer mags, an upgrade from the 2 8rd mags that comes with your standard PII.

This is a catch and release. I recently purchased this from a fellow Calgunner, but I'm deciding to stick to 1911s. This is a CA MK25 but the original owner had it sent back for non-LCI slide and SRT. The pistol has night sights and they still have life in them. Unknown round count.The package includes:

-3 10rd mags

-x300 light

-Kydex light rail holster, mag pouch and original grips.

Pistol- This is a Les Baer PII, 1.5" guarantee with no front cocking serrations.
The pistol was ordered with a blued finish and was sent out to Les Baer custom for the additional work. The pistol has 800 rds fired and is still in it's infancy.

Custom Work- The pistol was sent out for Hard Chrome finish, Baer fitted and blended 2 piece magwell, extended mag release and green fiber optic front sight. The pistol also comes with custom Birch grips from Highfiguregrips.com. These grips extend all the way to the front strap checkering. These grips are expensive but she deserves it, also compliments the finish, very well.

Additional Notes:

-This pistol needs a new home where it will be put to use. It's perfect for weekend shooters, competitors or someone looking for a family heirloom that will stand the test of time.

- Hard Chrome is regarded as the most durable gun finish. Legend says, the more you shoot it, the better it looks.

- Les Baers are known for being bank vault tight, but the Hard Chrome smooths this to glass. Racking the slide feels like it's on ball bearings; but she still lets you know it's not your run of the mill 1911. Trigger is crisp, probably 3.25lbs.

I'm selling my modified Kimber Stainless Target. I'm the original owner. This was a carry weapon, hence the sights. The gun was carried a lot and shot very little.

**Round count is less that 1K rounds, all factory new ammo.

The pistol will come with 4 9mm mags(1 Kimber, 3 metalform)and 3 sets of grips. NO BOX or manual included...

Buyer will need to bring a pistol case or bag while in PPT..


Mods:

-Target sights have been replaced with Heinie fixed/Fiber Optic combo. I ledged the rear sight to aid in one handed manipulation. **Slight scuffs on sight and minor rub mark in front of sight, see pic**

-I had a gunsmith install a Kimber ambi safety.

- Plastic Mainspring Housing was replaced with Aluminum.

Zero rounds through the barrel, but 300 rds through the frame, it had a Tactical Solutions barrel on it.
