    Smith and Wesson model 57

    Make: Smith and Wesson

    Model: 57

    Caliber: .41 Mag

    Location: Elk Grove

    Price: $1650 (w/grips), $1150 without grips

    Will ship (Y/N): No

    .41 magnum no-dash N-frame model 57 which dates to ‘77-78

Bought it BNIB unfired from a local collector but put 150rds low-velocity rounds through it as I'm not a collector.

Early S&W bluing like looking into black hole, DA and SA triggers are as smooth as rendered goose fat off the back of a newborn duck and break like glass. It's in 97% condition and comes with the original wooden case, unused cleaning kit, and original manual. Original grips are gone but sourcing the original style grips to the gun wouldn't be hard and something I could help you achieve.

Grips are Keith Brown ropers in exhibition black walnut and come at $650 alone.

Would prefer transfer at Shooting Shack or River City Gun Exchange.

More pics provided to those interested.

That's a stunning pistol. Wish I could justify it.

                      It is a Beauty...

Do you still have this Model 57 ? If you are still good for $1000 without grips, I am very interested. Please let me know. Thanks - Mike

Is the Model 57 still available for sale? If so, I would be interested if the deal with F250 Ranger falls through.

Beautiful gun. Made the way Smith USED to make guns. I have one, yours is nicer. Just as powerful as the 44 mag with the right load, may be superior to the 44
