Glock 19X NIB - Orange County - FTF transfer

I'm posting this for my father. He registered this with the CA DOJ and has received the DOJ letter of ownership. It is brand new in the box. It does not come with any mags, so the prospective buyer will have to supply his/her own 10-round mag for the transfer.

The first public "I'll Take It" gets it. At that point, I will PM you and provide you with my father's phone number and you can take it from there.

He is asking $1,100 on a FTF, private party transfer in the Orange county area, through an FFL. I don't have any pics. However, the gun is, indeed, brand new in the box, but with no mags.

    Thank you for for looking.

By 'FTF' do you mean 'Private Party Transfer' or 'here's the cash, here's the gun'?

When he says "FTF transfer" I think he meant to say PPT, why else would he state that "the prospective buyer would have to supply his/her own 10-round mag for the transfer"?

This is totally legal and the gun was registered with the CA DOJ. My father is not computer literate, so I'm posting it on his behalf. Whoever decides to buy it will have to meet him at an FFL and do a PPT transfer, face to face, with him, through the FFL.

By FTF I mean a legitimate private party transfer through an FFL.

Thank you. Exactly right. It would have to go through an FFL. To me, FTF means no shipping. My father is looking to do the sale in the Orange County area at an FFL.

Mind you, I don't come on this site often, but this is the weirdest post I've scene on this site.

Too many drama queens here! Geez.. this member has been here since 2006 and maintains a 100% iTrader feedback score. He discusses all the proper channels and legalities as background. It seems he merely didn't include "at FFL" regarding the FTF transfer. Give it a rest. Sheesh..

I've seen much worse in rules violations here than this inadvertent error.
