I sincerely apologize for any confusion. My PC crashed and I was offline for a few days so messages piled up. I am not interested in any sort of bidding war or holding out for the best offer. That's not good for this community and certainly not the way I do things. I'm simply trying to do what's right by giving the opportunity to the buyer who reached out to me (first) on 3/19.

I'll update everyone who showed interest if the deal falls through.
