It is not a Colt in any way, shape, or form. It is a ROCK ISLAND.
You only admitted to it AFTER you were called out on it, but you are still misrepresenting that it is a Colt in your thread title and your original post.

But this one is not that - no matter what the title says.
OP calls it “advertising”,
I call it unethical, misleading, and has no place on this reputable forum.
Contrary to the OPs euphemism, the real term here is “False advertising” - others call it lying ...
It will become painfully obvious when the DROS gets filled out and it says “Rock Island” and not “Colt”. But why mess a buyer along, just to have the deal fall apart at the FFL, due to this misrepresentation?
OP it is pretty simple to revise your title, why not be truthful about what you are selling?
