excellent condition. no rust and very little bluing wear on the edges/muzzle (typical leather holster wear, but not bad at all) . other than the slight bluing wear at the muzzle, it looks virtually unfired. no cylinder heat rings, and no ring around the firing pin . light turn on cylinder, nothing bad at all. getting very hard to find.

comes with older bianchi 5HB right hand leather holster it came in in.

i am a licensed dealer//gunsmith with store front in McArthur above Redding ca.this is an "off roster" hand gun, and must be DROSed as a private party transfer.listing this for a customer who told me he bought it and it saw 99% percent of its time in the nightstand.

$550 takes it. DROS can be done in person in my shop or it can ship to your dealer, your choice.

Sistema Colt model 1927 (1911) 45 acp. manufactured around 1952

for those who are not familiar with these ( and im sure youd be the very small majority) these were manufactured in argentina by their government for their military and government use. they were manufactured on colt machinery under strict supervision by colt techs (in other words their colts with the argentine seal on them)

these were manufactured with forged parts, which are much stronger than the commercial colts.

this specific example has 100% matching numbers and is in super great condition for its age and origin. a little light pitting here and there, but not really noticeable. it has a couple of light rust pits in the barrel, but it is completely serviceable.ive personally shot this weapon and would say its 100% safe and very accurate. this specific example has been refinished with black manganize parkerizing and pretty much looks new.

as most know, im a licensed dealer and gunsmith and as such ( of course) ive had it torn down to the last pin and screw and it shows very little wear.

excellent shooter as is or a great collector.

asking $800 (including tax and dros) but will entertain reasonable offers ( this is marked at BELOW bluebook with it being refinished .book says original finish add 50% MORE.) as purchaser would have to come up for DROS ect. will also think about like valued trades or trades+cash.
