Brother, I don't mean to thread crap, but I hope you think long and hard about this. Ask your wife what she expects you to use against the psycho who breaks into your home in the middle of the night to rape your two kids. I know that's a hard thing to say, but this is reality. There are many devices available to keep your weapon safe and inaccessible to your children. Keep the gun, get a small safe, and take your wife to a home defense training course for the two of you. Thank you for the concern but I know how to defend myself. I have studied juijitsu and also I am getting an American bullmastiff. I already put a down payment for a litter.
