True....from what I've always read, "Mod 29" started getting printed in the crane with serial numbers in the S179xxx, but I believe the "pre-29" (no 29 stamp) can be found as high as serial number 184xxx. This 187xxx obviously has the Model 29 stamp.
I have a 173xxx that is a pre-29 from 1956-57....no model number printed.Join Active Junky for online rebates....$10 to both you and me!
