given that the name "scott valentine" is already printed on the form as the name of the person to receive the firearm, how does this work? any chance the sale will get rejected since the names don't match?

not trying to be a pain, i am genuinely curious...

No, no issue at all. There is a slip of paper that I will fill out that essentially transfers the ownership to the buyer.

Quick question, since the pictures aren't loading. Is this certificate good for the Glock 17 RTF2 that Glock recently re-released?

Sorry, no RTF2 at all and you can only get Gen3 in California anyway.

A perspective buyer would also have to pay a FFL to receive the firearm correct?
None of my posts are serious or real, nothing I post is legal advice.

Certificate purchase + sales tax + FFL receiver fee + dros = ?
Also is the tax based on certificate price or MSRP ?

From what I understand Glock covers the tax so that was wrong. I have edited the OP. The rest sounds accurate though. DROS is a given in any CA transaction so that would be there no matter what.
