      Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that one mag inserted in to shadow 2 and two in the case for a total of 3 mags included?

          Yes, you are correct...just have 2 blockers for 2 mags to make it 10 CA complaint and the other 1 is not...if your LEO won't mind including it in the package!
