Yes, but the Cali model has a magazine disconnect, and LCI. His does not.

Bad thing about this gun is even though seller is located in LA the transaction will have to take place outside city limits as its a subcompact.

It comes from reality and knowledge of city ordinances. I said city of la. Last time I checked Burbank is still not in the city of la and is in fact another city. That would explain it.
