After doing some research, best I can tell this is an early 90's duty weapon. All stainless steel frame and slide. Purchased from River City Guns approx 5 years ago.
Like most duty pistols, it's a shooter, so it does have some surface scratches and cosmetic blemishes, but I have cleaned it up, put some nice light cocobolo grips on it. I also have the factory plastic grips, but they look like junk.
This pistol does not come with any mags, UNLESS you are an active law enforcement officer. I have two 15 round mags (factory). Ten round Kalifornia kompliant mags are available for this from Midway, CTD, etc for $20-$30. I've also seen them sold here in the Calguns forums. I'm willing to consider that price-wise if you are not a LEO.
I prefer to meet at Sierra Gun Exchange in Cameron Park, but am wiling to travel for a PTP transfer at any FFL east of Sacramento, except Wild Sports.
