This is definitely on the roster. I bought this exact one last summer at my LGS.

The CA version has the walnut wood grips and the front sight is not fiber optic.

The off roster version has the black aluminum grips and fiber optic sight.

I have heard that some FFL's got some of the off roster ones and sold them without knowing. If you look at the stock number, it would be a different number.
