SPF means subject to prior funds or subject to payment of funds. In otherwords, contract to sell at an agreed price formed per Calgun rules but the FTF PPT has not yet occurred.

I always thought it meant: Sold Pending Funds. But i guess they all essentially equal the same thing.

It could mean that too, but you are right...it means it's no longer available.
