NEW SIG P238 LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY! LOW PRICE

    Make: Sig Sauer

    Model: P238

    Caliber: .380 ACP

    Location (city or county): Temecula

    Price: $550

    Will ship (Y/N): NO

    Other info:

I purchased this gun from a dealer out of state and had it shipped to my local FFL and then realized it wasn't the CA model (my fault). So now the FFL has it and will only release to law enforcement. I don't want to have to pay for shipping to send it back then pay the restocking fee so I'd rather sell it locally. It's brand new in the case. It includes hard case, 2 mags, lock, and holster. Contact me if you are interested or know someone that is. Gun is located in Temecula, CA.
    951-816-5151

    Thanks

I don't see why not as long as it goes to another FFL. I'll ask them to confirm.

This is one reason why so many FFL's out of state won't ship to ca anymore. People don't check to make sure the gun they are buying is on the roster then they have to deal with all the BS of getting it returned not to mention the extra paperwork to ship it here

Which is why I was trying to handle it by selling it locally. It was a costly lesson learned but thanks for your input.

To those that may be interested, it is still available.
