[b]Other info: This Gold Cup was made in 1974. I have owned this pistol for 24 years and have only put about 200 rounds through it. I believe I bought it from the original owner who did not shoot it much. It is in great shape both cosmetically and functionally. it has Pachmayr Grips and comes with 2 Colt magazines.

The markings are:
Left side of slide: COLT'S MK IV/SERIES '70, GOLD CUP NATIONAL MATCH, .45 AUTOMATIC CALIBER
Right side of slide: GOLD CUP, NATIONAL MATCH
Top of barrel: COLT .45 AUTO N.M., MK IV / SERIES '70
