Other info: I am posting this for my brother. This is a HK VP9 with ZERO rounds down the pipe. My brother picked this up in the last month before the state did away with SSE. He is likely not flexible on the price (last time I offered this to someone on here, they called him and asked if he would take $650) He is just trying to recoup what he spent on the gun plus SSE fees.
Comes with everything pictured in photo. (2-10 round blocked magazines. All back and side straps.)
