I have for sale or interesting trade my Sig Sauer 1911 Stainless full size, non-rail handgun in .45.
I have shot 200 rounds thru it, other than that its been in my safe.

WTS: Pre-Victory S&W revolver, .38 S&W w/ Letter! SPF

I am selling some of my collection of historical firearms. This World War II S&W Pre-Victory revolver was shipped out of the S&W factory January 12, 1942 and shipped to a warehouse for Lend-Lease weapons for our Allies. Of course that is the reason this handgun is in our Allies caliber of .38 S&W and NOT .38 Special.

As seen, this revolver has "United States Property" stamped on the top strap along with several other armory markings including one that indicates it was refurbished by the Aussies in 1953 after the war.

I also have a letter on this revolver from Mr Roy Jinks, the official S&W Historian. The letter is specific to this handgun. I paid S&W to research this handgun and provide the letter.

And lastly, I will include 10 boxes of .38 S&W ammo with the deal. This pistol also has the importers name on it which says "Vega, Sac". I'm told these revolvers imported by Vega in Sacramento were sold by the Old Sacramento Armory gun store. (Nice local flavor)

Own a piece of "lettered" history! I'm asking $SOLD for the revolver, the letter and all the ammo. Will meet at a Solano County FFL with buyer paying transfer fees.
