It is in excellent condition with a small scratch on the right side and some handling marks so I would call it a "shooter" but a very nice one.
Lock up Is tight as a vault and shoots like a dream.

Other info: This is a very cool little light weight 38 made in 1969 that is factory fired only and comes in it's original numbers matching box.
Has one or two tiny handling marks otherwise is New in the box and just sat in a safe it's whole life.
VERY hard to find in this condition and complete with box.

This is a very cool gun that NEVER comes up for sale.
They were only made for one year and are usually found with the standard full sized hammer and not the factory bobbed.
The gun is like new in the box and has the original matching serialized label.
