Hi, This is a German broomhandle mauser & after WWII the Chinese gathered up a lot of them & remanufactured them with longer barrels & a fixed wood stock making it into a replica of the original 1800s mauser carbine. It is very rare, try to find another one, even on the Internet I can't find one. It's very hard just to find information on it. It does have the German wrighting on it & 3 Chinese stamps, I seen 1 on internet & the guy wanted $22,000 it must have been an original 1800s version. I've been told this belongs in a museum, it looks like new. I've been asked about matching number, the only number I can find is 314. I need$1,600 for it. It books for $2500.
