Ruger Super Redhawk (.44 Mag)
Price: $750
Not willing to ship at this time: Face-to-face only.

As you can see, this one has been loved on and tastefully customized. Again, the key word here is tastefully. We've all seen that guy on the forum who thinks his gun is suddenly worth $9,000 because of his Punisher grips and doo-dangles hanging off the end of the barrel. I'm not that guy.
Gun was bought used from the first owner (a hunter) who Magnaported the gun and used it infrequently. I added the One Ragged Hole sights (a great sight picture and stupidly easy to use) and the custom-made Bird's Eye Maple grips. I'll also throw in the original rosewood panels and a Pachmayr presentation grip if either one of those is your jam and my choice here isn't to your liking. The mainspring and a few springs in the trigger have also been replaced with Wolff gunsprings fodder to make the Ruger trigger a little more refined. Great trigger here, no effect to reliability. If any of these changes aren't to your liking, they're completely reversible, so within a few minutes you can go back to the original sight picture if it suits your fancy.
I tend to be a recoil wuss, so I've shot probably about 1,000 rounds of .44 special through this to about 300 rounds of moderate-velocity .44 mag. I've never stuffed anything into the cylinder that was meant to take down a bear, so that rules out the extremely high-velocity loads and the extremely heavyweight loads masochists like to shoot. Timing is rock solid. Years and years of accurate shooting left with this.
Asking $750
I would prefer to do the deal face-to-face. I'm willing to meet buyers at Aegis Trading in Burbank, Gun World in Burbank, Guns Direct in Burbank, Turners in Pasadena, Once a Pawn a Time in Glendale, and Gun Runners in Duarte.
Edit: although it should go without saying, all guns are sold as-is and all transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Thanks for looking!
