This is an off roster gun sold to law enforcement/military. I am law enforcement and purchased the gun. Now that it is in CA it can be legally sold to any civilian. Includes a gray kydex in the waist band holster and a 7 round magazine. The magazine is loaded with .40 federal holo points (will be given unloaded upon purchase date).
